The celebration of Independence Day in school has always been elaborate. The first leg of the celebration is "Sur Prabhat", the Junior School cultural program which helds on 14 August. Classes KG to V participates in variety of patriotic songs, folk dances and Play. The next morning i.e. 15 August is march past and flag hosting. the day is full of joy as various games are played on the very same day. The main programme of the celebration is "Sur Sandhaya" held in the evening of 15 August. Students from class VI to XII put up a variety of items with the assistance of music teacher and their respective class teacher.
