RE-OPENING DAY
School reopens on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 8:40 a.m. All boarders must be in school not later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2011

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS
The following documents are required to be handed in on arrival
- Three passport size photographs for children from India and six passport size photographs for overseas students
- Passport, Residential permit and health certificate of FOREIGN STUDENTS must be valid till the end of November 2011. Students must have MULTIPLE VISA from the Indian Embassy concerned. No student should come to school on a short visa on any account.
- New students must submit their "Transfer Certificates" together with "Birth Certificates" by July 15, 2011. Students from other states must have their Transfer Certificates countersigned by the Education Authority of the state concerned.

MEDICAL MATTERS
Since
the over all well-being of a child is of great importance parents are encouraged to co-operate with us in this area:
- Children suffering from any form of infectious and contagious diseases or having been in contact with such, cannot be admitted to school, unless it is certified in writing be a competent medical officer that the prescribed period of quarantine has been completed
- It is imperative that all boarders are vaccinated against Hepatitis B. A doctor's certificate to this effect must be provided on their arrival at school on the reopening day.
- PAYMENT OF FEES
Parents
are requested to pay the school fees for the academic year 2011 in two installements Rs. 70,000/- before March 8, 2011 and the balance by July 31, 2011 when the child returns to school after the summer break.
- HOSTEL ENTRY
Boarders are requested to collect Hostel Entry Slip from the office after the payment of fees. They will not be permitted to enter the hostel without this slip.
